Zaptec Go charger

Go to the Zaptec Portal.

Open a web browser and go to https://portal.zaptec.com/

Login.

Login with your Zaptec credentials. These are the same as for your Zaptec app.

Go to the Installations tab.

Navigate to the Installations tab in the portal.

Select your installation.

Select the installation you wish to onboard to Splash.

Go to Settings > Authentication.

In the Settings tab, navigate to the Authentication section.

Select OCPP-J1.6 authentication.

Change the authentication type from "Native authentication" to "OCPP 1.6J authentication".

Copy the Splash URL below.

wss://cpms.splashrenewable.co.uk/

Enter the OCPP URL.

Paste the Splash URL into the Central System URL field. Important: do NOT include the charger serial number — it will be automatically appended in uppercase.

Save and apply.

Save the configuration. The charger will apply the new OCPP settings.

Open Splash Share.

Go to My chargers → Tap "Add new charger"

Enter your charger ID.

Enter your Zaptec charger's serial number to proceed.

Set up your charger.

Follow the instructions to finish setting up your charger. After a minute, it should appear on the map. Until your Splash QR sticker is on the charger, guests can't actually use it — that's how they start a session. Send us a screenshot of your charger on the map via the "Need help?" link below, and we'll get a sticker in the post to you.
