Skip the queue.

You pull up to a public charger and there's a wait. Again. The UK has around 119,000 public plugs and roughly 17 EVs sharing each one, so the wait isn't going anywhere soon. But there are about 950,000 private chargers out there, most of them sitting idle. Your neighbour's driveway is the answer.

The wait isn't going away.

A new public charging site takes years to build. Planning permission, grid upgrades, millions of pounds per location. And while all that gets sorted, more EVs hit the road every week. So the queues keep growing faster than anyone can dig new ones to fix them.

The chargers already exist.

There are around 950,000 private chargers in the UK, and most of them sit idle 15 hours a day or more. We put those quiet hours to work. Every charger a host shares is one less driver stuck in the public queue, and one more place to charge that didn't cost a penny to build.

A network built by neighbours.

This is the bigger picture. A charging network that grows by sharing what's already on the street, not by tearing up more of it. Every new host adds another spot to charge near home. No construction crews, no waiting years for a site to open. That's how we get past 17 cars to a plug.
