Is Splash safe?

Yes. Your charger only opens to people who've booked, guests are verified with Know-your-guest, and every session starts with a QR scan. No strangers turning up unannounced.

What if something goes wrong during a session?

Message us on WhatsApp, 8am to 8pm every day. We're a small team, so outside those hours it can take a bit longer, but we'll always get back to you as fast as we can.
