Book a slot, turn up, scan the QR code, plug in. You're charging. Follow the whole session in the app.

You pay the host's rate per kWh (the units your charge is measured in), plus a £1.50 platform fee and a 2% service fee. You see the full price before you book. For example, 35 kWh at 40p comes to £15.78 with fees.

Yes, up to 7 days ahead.

No problem. Cancel for free any time before your slot starts. Open the app, go to your bookings, tap the booking, and choose Cancel.

Not yet. For now, you'd make a separate booking for the extra time.

Yes. You get 5 kWh of free charging when you sign up, enough for your first top-up. Refer a friend and you both get 10 kWh. We call it Charge It Forward.
