Book a slot, turn up, scan the QR code, plug in. You're charging. Follow the whole session in the app. One thing to remember: leave on time, because an overstay fee applies.

You pay the host's rate per kWh (the units your charge is measured in), plus a £1.50 platform fee and a 2% service fee. Even with that, it works out far cheaper than public charging, which costs 3 to 5 times more.

No problem. Cancel for free up to 1 hour before your slot. Open the app, go to your bookings, tap the booking, and choose Cancel.

Not yet. For now, you'd make a separate booking for the extra time.

Yes. You get 5 kWh of free charging when you sign up, enough for your first top-up. Refer a friend and you both get 10 kWh. We call it Charge It Forward.
